So this is the first post for my new blog! I plan on posting my progress with training for ninja warrior, health tips, and also things that I find motivational that you may find motivational too. I'm creating this blog to help keep myself motivated throughout my training but to also share my story in the hopes that this helps me get on the show once I turn 21. I hope that my journey can help people with their own journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
